This blog is about the journey to find a solution to depression caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. A serotonin imbalance can cause obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, panic, and even excess anger. Since I can no longer take medications my only hope is through healthy foods. RVL happens to have all the nutrients in the right quantities that have proven to produce tryptophan which is responsible for serotonin.
